When using with the Deep Silver umbrella, this translucent diffuser delivers the lighting effect of an indirect softbox, with any catch-light showing also the shadow of the flash head. In this situation, the central position of the Elinchrom head offers a more symmetrical result. When using with the Deep White umbrella, the white interior will create slightly warmer and softer shadow transitions.
When using this diffuser with the Deep Translucent umbrella, it creates the lighting effect of a large light dome, which can be positioned to modify any catch-light as desired.Umbrella, D-Lite head & stand sold separately.
