Elinchrom ELC 500WS Flash Softbox Bundle

The ELC 125 and ELC 500 are studio lights built to handle your next adventure reliably and consistently. The ELC features TTL with Manual Lock, HSS, Smart Pro-Active Cooling, Auto-On and direct compatibility with Elinchrom's world-renowned light modifiers.

Always Prepared

The ELCs are ready to go the moment inspiration strikes you. With Auto-On, the unit is always in standby mode with your previous settings saved, and the onboard TTL speeds up dialing in your next exposure. The Manual Lock function enables a quick switch from TTL to Manual without losing exposure settings for quick adjustments or to explore creative effects.

Engineered to Last

Every aspect of the ELC 125 and ELC 500 has been designed and rigorously tested to deliver maximum reliability and extended lifetime.

Stay Cool Under Pressure

With the Smart Pro-Active Cooling, never interrupt your creative flow. The ELCs learn your shooting style and adapt their cooling cycles around it. Plus, their cleverly engineered airflow design and low-noise, speed-controlled fan can handle the heaviest of workloads.

Explore More - Direct Access to Elinchrom's World-renowned Light Modifiers

As important as a solid studio strobe is, the light modifier is where the real magic happens. The bayonet Quick-Lock system grants you direct access to Elinchrom's best light modifiers. Combined with the ELC's bright, daylight LED modelling lamp to aid your pre-visualisation. The potential to evolve your lighting style is endless.

Unlimited Flexibility - Your Equipment Should Never Limit You

Whether you are experimenting in your living room or working in a large studio, the ELC 125 and 500 can acclimate. Both can be powered down to 7 Ws so that you can reach your desired depth of field or add only a hint of light. Plus, with HSS, you can freeze motion, overpower ambient light and darken backgrounds.

Edit Less, Deliver Faster - Elinchrom's Precise Colour Science and Accuracy

Colour accuracy over the whole power range enables you to deliver professional and consistent results to your clients with less wasted time and money in post-production.

Advanced Performance and Control

TTL with Manual Lock allows you to switch from TTL to Manual without losing exposure settings. HSS enables synchronisation up to 1/8000s to freeze motion, overpower ambient light and darken backgrounds. Elinchrom employs precise colour science, ensuring accuracy across the entire power range. Smart Pro-Active Cooling learns your shooting style and adapts its cooling cycle accordingly, while the speed-controlled fan handles heavy workloads. Group colour indicators illuminate the side logos in the assigned group colour for immediate visual identification. The intuitive interface is designed to provide the most efficient user experience, with vital flash duration information displayed, and the custom favourite button grants direct access to your preferred feature.

Flexible Light Shaping and Creative Freedom

Practical ergonomics and a two-way metal tilt-head allow large modifiers to be adjusted swiftly and precisely. The centred umbrella fitting maximises umbrella illumination and expands creative possibilities with the EL Deflector System to modify hardness, softness or tone sharp shadow edges. With a wide power range, the ELC can be powered down to 7 Ws to achieve your desired depth of field or add only a hint of light. The bright LED modelling lamp delivers 3000 lumens at 5700K with a CRI of 92. An improved Bayonet Quick-Lock System provides direct access to Elinchrom's renowned light modifiers, offering endless potential to evolve your lighting style.
