Bright Tangerine OpenRig Lens Support (NATO)

The Lens Support comes with a range of adjustment options to suit any lenses you may be using - no more winging it with expensive glass. There are two height-adjustable rod columns that you can swap in and out with ease. For bulky primes, the top half can also be flipped, to give yourself extra clearance.

Open Rigging

The Lens Support can be mounted to either side of the OpenRig Rail via either of the NATO rails: giving you clearance when shooting on gimbals or just easy access to other accessories. If you're working with a busy rig, the Lens Support can be open-jaw mounted onto the OpenRig NATO rails, to avoid taking your whole rig apart.

No Unexpected Twists

Under pressure, a Lens Support with standard rods would begin to twist - not ours, though. We've given the rod columns flat front and rear faces, which helps the Lens Support stay profile-matched even with heavy loads. Coupled with the thumbscrew mount for screwing directly into the lens, and you'll have rock-solid support at all times.

The Lens Support is designed to be forgotten: effortlessly bolting into your rig with no tools required. On the off-chance you need some fine-tuning, it comes with a flathead screwdriver.

The OpenRig Lens Support (NATO) is designed for the OpenRig system, mounting to either of the dual NATO rails on the OpenRig Rail. It features a 1/4" thumbscrew that can be attached to the built-in thread on larger lens' foot. Lenses without the built-in foot can be supported via a Y-roller attachment, though please note you will also need a 1/4" to 3/8" screw adaptor. The Lens Support has a minimum height due to its design: larger lenses that do not fit may require the camera to be heightened on the OpenRig Arca Base via the range of optional Risers.
