The PMM70 MeFOTO Quick Release Plate from Benro is the same plate included with the Benro RoadTrip Pro Tripods. Featuring a built-in Arca-type dovetail, the plate can be used with the RoadTrip Pro or with other equipment that have an Arca-type head or clamp. Alternatively, via 1/4"-20 threads on the bottom and side, it can be mounted on gear that have a 1/4"-20 interface, such as compatible monopods.

The plate supports cameras and smartphones. It has a fold-out smartphone clamp that fits most phones. To use the clamp, mount the plate vertically via the 1/4"-20 thread it has on the side. The spring-loaded, adjustable phone clamp folds out to securely hold most phones. When the clamp is unfolded, it also provides a shoe mount for attaching accessories, such as a compact light or mic.

To support a camera on 1/4"-20 equipment, the plate has another 1/4"-20 mounting thread on the bottom so that you can mount the plate the horizontally. Your camera is secured using an included 1/4"-20 D-ring screw.

For added security, two stop screws on the bottom of the plate will prevent the plate from accidentally sliding out of a partially open head or clamp.
