The Benro PL-100 Quick Release Plate is a component that attaches to your camera's tripod screw mount for its easy placement on and off your tripod's head. Tripod heads enable smooth panning and tilting camera movement while mounted on the tripod. It has a 1/4"-20 thread and is compatible with Arca-Swiss type quick release clamps.
