Urth 100 x 150mm Soft Graduated ND8 (3 Stop) Filter (Plus+)

The 100x150mm ND8 Soft-Edge Graduated ND Filter from Urth is a rectangular filter that darkens specific areas of an image, such as bright skies, while allowing for a normal, unaffected exposure in the remainder of the image area. The filter is densest at the edge and tapers to clear by the middle, with a soft-edged line of transition between the dense and clear areas. This soft-edge design is appropriate for use with images that feature a prominent horizon, or any soft transition between sky and land, like wooded landscapes and cityscapes. This filter provides a 3-stop reduction in light from entering the lens and does not affect the colouration of the image.

Constructed from Schott optical glass for clarity and colour fidelity, this filter features 20 layers of nano multi-coating to reduce potential glare and lens flare. This filter is 2mm thick and fits the Urth 100mm Filter System, plus other 100mm-wide filter holder systems.
