This is the perfect option for securely attaching an external monitor to the top of a camera cage that does not have native cold shoe mounts via an accessory like our Adjustable Cold Shoe Accessory Mounting Bracket (not included).

The bottom of the cold shoe mount features a 1/4"-20 screw with locating pins, providing a secure and stable mounting point.
