The housing is wrapped in a rubber armor that protects it from impacts while providing slip-resistant handling. Raised textured palm pads further improve grip strength and stability. For long-duration glassing sessions or to eliminate arm-fatigue, the binoculars can be tripod mounted with an optional adapter.
