Sony URX-P03D 2-Channel Portable Wireless Receiver for UWP-D Systems

The Sony URX-P03D Two-Channel Portable Receiver is a receiver component of Sony’s UWP-D wireless audio system. It is able to receive two different audio signals with its dual wireless channels eliminating the need for two separate receivers. It is compatible with the entire range of Sony’s UWP-D transmitters like the UTX-B03belt pack transmitters, the UTX-M03 wireless microphone as well as the UTX-P03 XLR plug-on transmitter.

Digital Audio Processing

The URX-P03Dreceiver uses Sony Digital Audio Processing to deliver natural sounding audio, offering a superb transient response performance that conventional analogue wireless systems are unable to deliver while offering a reduced risk of interference at the same time.

3-Channel Mixer and External Mic Input

As well receiving two different radio signals the URX-P03D also features an external mic input so you can connect a wired microphone giving you the option to record 3 different sound sources at one time. The receiver also features a 3-channel mixer so you can balance the levels and freely assign to the output channels 1 and/or 2.

Dropout-Free Transmission

The URX-P03D uses a true diversity reception system to deliver exceptionally stable audio when being used as a single channel receiver. This means that the unitcan use both antennas and receiving circuits to pick up the transmission signal and intelligently switches between the channels in order to deliver the best signal reception.

Auto Channel Setting

Using a Clear Channel Scan and Active Channel Scan function, the system detects the clearest channelsand selects the most appropriate oneautomatically ensuring afast and easy system setup. The receivercan automatically setthe transmitter to the same channel by using aninfraredsync feature.

Easy to Use Functions

Multiple Power Options

The receiver can be powered by anexternal portable power source through a micro USB terminal, directly by the camera through the MI shoe (select Sony cameras only), or by two AA-sized batteries giving you a choice of different power options.

Compact and Light Weight

Weighing approximately 210g including batteries, the compact form factor and light weight construction of the PRX-P03D make it suitable for use with smaller camcorders or DSLR’s.
