The ProGrade Digital 640GB CFast 2.0 Memory Card (Cobalt) is versatile, with read speeds up to 550 MB/s, burst write speeds up to 520 MB/s, and sustained write speeds up to 470 MB/s. It has a minimum write speed of 130 MB/s and is resistant to temperature extremes, shock, and X-rays. It also uses error correction and wear-leveling to maintain longevity.

This card is also Refresh Pro ready, which uses ProGrade Digital's Refresh Pro software and a ProGrade Digital card reader to monitor card health and restore the card to factory conditions. Furthermore, a laser-etched, unique serial number on each card allows for quick compatibility checks and after-sales support.
