The R5II 5.5" On-Camera Touch Monitor from Desview is a lightweight and portable on-camera monitor boasting a bright 800 cd/m² display with a 178° viewing angle and a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080. Packed with useful tools and features, including touchscreen and pinch-to-zoom, the R5II has an HDMI input that handles up to DCI 4K24 and an HDMI loop out. It also offers a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB input for loading custom 3D LUTs using the supplied USB thumb drive.

HDR support includes HGL and PQ modes, and multiple ratio anamorphic options include 1.33x, 1.5x, 1.66x, 1.79x, and 2.0x de-squeeze functions. A dual-purpose battery slot on the rear of the panel allows you to choose between using Sony NP-F style or Canon LP-E6 batteries.

Touchscreen


The 5.5" touchscreen panel features 1920 x 1080 resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. Tapping the screen with one finger can control the whole monitor, and it supports gestures such as pinch-to-zoom, which helps check every corner and detail of the image. The 800 cd/m² high brightness provides a clear display, even when filming in bright exteriors.
