Celestron Regal Premium Tripod

The Regal Premium Tripod from Celestron features four-section aluminum legs with three angle adjustments and two-way pan fluid-head with one handle and 1/4"-20 quick release adapter.

The two-way fluid pan head has a single handle and two tension knobs for easy movement, pan-and-tilt adjustment, and securing a position. A quick-release plate has a standard ¼"-20 adapter for attaching your spotting scope, binocular, camera, or a small telescope.

The aluminium legs are adjustable in length and have three angle settings. Each leg has four sections and can be shortened or lengthened with the flip of a simple lever lock. Two of the legs have padded handles for a comfortable grip in any weather and protection for your shoulder during carrying. To secure your tripod in one place, there are interchangeable rubber or spiked feet.

With the centre column fully extended, the maximum height is nearly 69". With the column down, the height is 59". The bottom of the column holds a retractable ballast hook which can hold additional weigh to add stability. When it is not needed, you can retract it into the centre column and keep it out of the way.
