Click + Collect

Georges offers a Click & Collect service which allows you to shop and pay for your order online then pick it up at a time that may be more convenient to you.

Depending on stock availability, you have the option to pick up your purchase, same day, from our conveniently located flagship store in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

Collecting your order 

Before picking up your order, please wait for a notification email that tells you that your order is ready for collection.

Upon pick-up, please provide us with the following:

• Order confirmation
• Credit card used to pay for the order
• Photo ID   

*Please be mindful that we will only be holding your order for a maximum of 3 months. 

Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?

Although it is preferred that the purchaser picks up their own order, we do have an exception for family members. Please provide written and signed authorisation from the person who placed the order, detailing who will be collecting the order on their behalf.   The collector must ensure they present the following upon pickup:

• Photo ID to match the approved name for collection
• Order confirmation email
