Zeiss Supreme Prime 150mm T1.5 Feet Cine Lens for PL Mount

Zeiss Supreme Prime 150mm T1.5 Feet Cine Lens for PL Mount

Covering a 46.3mm image circle, the Zeiss Supreme Prime 150mm T1.8 Lens can be used with full-frame and Super35 sensors. The internal focus design of this compact lens ensures very minimal focus breathing. Additionally, during the production of the Supreme Prime series, Zeiss claimed plans to enable complete removal of the remaining small amount of breathing through its eXtended Data (XD) technology. eXtended Data transfers lens data to a camera, Master Lockit, or select other devices via a LEMO cable connection to allow for adjustment of distortion and shading. This can be done in real-time or with various software, including Pomfort Silverstack. Distortion and shading can already be fully adjusted on the Supreme Prime 150mm with eXtended Data. The lens has an interchangeable PL mount and is marked in feet.

The fast T1.8 aperture of the Supreme Prime 150mm lens allows for low-light capture, while smooth transitioning between in-focus and out-of-focus areas results in pleasing focus falloff and greater depth in the image. The minimum focus distance of this telephoto lens is 5'. The 150mm is colour-matched with the rest of the Supreme Prime lineup and shares many other consistent features, including standardized positioning of the focus and iris rings. Like a few of the other Supreme Primes, it has a front diameter of 114mm. The lens also comes with a removable support foot with a 3/8"-16 mounting thread.
