The MOTIV MV5 condenser mic has been built for high quality, portable voice recording on Mac, PC and iOS. The MV5 is perfect for video chats, vlogging and recording podcasts or music on the go or at home. It runs on power over USB or lighting port to your computer, iPhone or iPad, and is compatible with most major recording software.

The MV5 is a great microphone for podcasters and online video and audio creators, either plug in and go or dig in deep for advanced control, the Shure MOTIV range gives you the freedom to work with as much control as you like, wherever you are. A perfect solution for the modern creator.

When used with the ShurePlus MOTIV App for iOS, the MV5 will allow you to record high quality ALAC and AAC compressed audio, with a five band equaliser, high resolution metering and 36dB of gain control. If you'd rather focus on the task at hand, preset DSP modes will automatically adjust gain, equalisation and compression for you. The quarter inch threaded mount makes mounting to standard camera tripods and accessories a breeze.
