The Top Plate Kit for Ikonoskop Cameras from Wooden Camera includes the Easy Plate and a special thread adapter. The adapter is inserted into the 3/8"-16 hole on the dII Camera's top and the two 1/4"-20 screws are used to seamlessly attach the Easy Plate to the camera.
The Easy Plate features 1/4"-20 mounting holes in standard spacing (0.35” / 9mm centre to centre).
