KipperTie Adapta RF/LPL Mount
Converting from the native RF mount to Arri LPL, Adapta RF/LPL is carefully designed with optical baffles and flare traps for optimal performance, and with consideration for Red’s specific sensor and body characteristics.
The mount is optimised for strength and long life. Stainless steel and aerospace grade aluminium are used throughout. The LPL mount is shimmable for accurate backfocus, and its internal mechanism is service adjustable for locking position to guard against wear.
The grippy LPL mounting ring is augmented with a pair of grip tabs, each of which can be attached in a choice of positions to suit the user.
Included is a robust support foot engineered to match the Komodo body size, allowing the LPL mount to be tied rigidly to a base plate or other support with a 3/8-16 fitting. V-Raptor will require spacing to use the support foot due to the taller body.
For V-Raptor the Wrestler mount support provides additional rigidity connecting the Adapta RF/LPL directly to the camera body with no other rigging required
For Komodo the Chinstrap mount support provides the same direct mounting, extra rigidity and additional mounting points.
