The Nikon AF-P DX Nikkor 10-20mm f/4.5-5.6G VR is an ultra-wide zoom lens with a 15-30mm 35mm equivalent focal length that delivers professional quality results, whether capturing sweeping landscapes, architectural vistas or large groups at social functions. Featuring a quiet AF system and vibration reduction, the lens offers sharp results for both images and video. Constructed with three aspherical elements to help manage distortion, the lens also has a Super Integrated Coating to reduce lens flares and ghosting making it an excellent wide-angle zoom option with superior quality.

Ultra-Wide Angle View with a Short Focusing Distance

The Nikon AF-P DX Nikkor 10-20mm f/4.5-5.6G VR has an equivalent focal length of 15-30mm and provides an ultra-wide-angle field of view to capture more detail in landscapes, crowds and other larger scenes. A 22cm minimum focus distance lets you capture smaller details of your subject.

Quiet Autofocus and Vibration Reduction

A pulse stepping motor provides quiet, accurate and smooth autofocus results. Vibration Reduction (VR) image stabilisation ensures stable video and sharp images when shooting handheld. VR is especially useful in low light, as it helps prevent blurring associated with slower shutter speeds.

Instant Focus Override

Use the focus ring to instantly switch between autofocus and manual focus. The focus ring provides smooth, precise control and is useful for capturing creative shots or fine-tuning autofocus results.

Aspherical Elements Improve Clarity

The 10-20mm lens's optical design features three aspherical elements to help minimise the occurrence of spherical aberrations and distortions. This results in better clarity and sharpness throughout the zoom range, even closer to the edges of the frame.

Super Integrated Coating on Optical Elements

Nikon's Multilayer Super Integrated Coating is used on all the optical elements, reducing reflections to help prevent lens flare and ghosting when shooting in backlit or cross-lit scenarios. The 7-blade round aperture lets you create artful images with gently blurred background effects.

Lightweight Design with Internal Focusing

The internal focusing design of the Nikkor AF-P DX VR 10-20mm ultra-wide zoom ensures its length remains constant during operation, allowing closer focusing distances and reducing the overall weight to a low 230g, ideal for smaller DSLRs.
