The Saramonic HU9 Digital UHF Wireless Handheld Microphone is designed for professionals to capture broadcast quality audio without the need for complicated and messy cable setups. The microphone has a compact and portable form factor making it perfect for run and gun electronic news gathering applications like interviews and live event coverage. The wireless system is designed specifically to be used with the Saramonic UWMIC9 wireless receiver system.

96 Wireless Channels

The integrated wireless transmitter inside the HU9 features 96 selectable UHF channels within the 514 MHz - 596 MHz frequency range, to ensure the audio captured and broadcasted is interference free. Two channel groups are available and the channel selected with the HU9 can be synced with the Saramonic UWMIC9 wireless receiver system using an infrared connection.

100m Operating Range

The transmitter in the microphone has a UHF frequency range of 100m in areas without obstacles and 60m in an area with objects in the vicinity, this allows for versatile placement of cameras during recordings and gives operator improved flexibility when recording.

LCD Display

With a LCD panel the HU9 allows for quick adjustment of recording and transmission settings while its backlight design ensures that it can always be seen, even in less than ideal lighting conditions.

Compatible with Saramonic Wireless Systems

The microphone features a built-in transmitter that is compatible with the Saramonic RX9 Receiver, making it perfect as a handheld microphone addition that works with the UWMIC9 System.

PLL Synthesizer for Wireless Transmission

The PLL synthesizer oscillator inside the HU9 delivers highly accurate and stable broadcast quality wireless audio transmissions. An integrated muting and power locking function gives you greater control over your audio signal and ensures you can manage the microphones power consumption.
