Canon has released the EOS 1100D into its entry-level range, replacing the 1000D. It is designed with beginners in mind and features an on-screen guide and easy to use controls.
It has a similar look and feel to its predecessor, with the most noticeable change to its exterior being a larger LCD screen. Internally, almost every feature has been tweaked and upgraded - making it worth the wait for this new addition to the entry-level DSLR market.
The 1100D boasts some significant upgrades, including a new 12 megapixel CMOS sensor, DiG!C4 processor, High Definition video recording, 9 autofocus points, 100-6400 ISO sensitivity and a 2.7 inch LCD screen.
